Rutabaga :
The farm is called
Nature's Circle. It is a family farm located near
Houlton, Maine. The farm size is 197 acres, though we only till 50 acres. We
grow about 30 different vegetables, but rutabaga is our biggest crop and the
best storage. The farm has been growing certified organic crops for 5 years.
We do the work with two of us from the family, a nearly full time (nearly
family) helper, and a bunch of students.
